Shortcut

Any of the SOOS Issues may be pushed to a Shortcut using the Creating Tickets & Pull Requests workflow.

After navigating to the Integrate page and External Connections tab, select the Shortcut tab and provide the details below.

API Token - The API Token from Shortcut

Workflow Name - This will default to 'Standard', but you may choose to customize this option based on your Shortcut settings.

Workflow State Name - This will default to 'To Do', but you may choose to customize this option based on your Shortcut settings.

Story Type - This will default to bug but you can select from the options in the drop down.

Associate to Label or Epic ID - Decide whether to configure your projects based on a Label or an Epic ID (this will drive what shows up on the Issue Management Configurations)

After populating the required information in the SOOS app, click Save.

Finally, configure the Shortcut Epic Ids under Issue Management Configurations.
