Error: Scan Error

Scans that are unable to be completed and return a status of Error will display the following message on the Projects page in the SOOS app.

The Error status will be generated if a problem is experienced while the scan is running. The Dependencies and Licenses tabs will be disabled for errored scans, however the Issues tab may be partially populated, depending on when during the scan process the error occurred. Rescanning the project usually will clear this error message, however if the problem persists, contact Support at SOOS.
