How Does SOOS Handle Payment Errors and Expired Accounts?

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually) using the card or bank information provided. If an error occurs during the auto renew, the transaction will be repeated three (3) times in an attempt to complete a successful payment.
The user set as the billing contact will be alerted via email if a billing error occurs. Payment errors must be resolved within 24 hours to prevent a lapse in access to the SOOS app.
Contact Support at SOOS if you are having a payment or subscription issue.
If you receive a License Expired screen when you log into your account, follow the link to the billing page and add or update your payment information.
