Message: Scan Full Dependency Tree Setting Disabled

By default, SOOS enables the Scan Full Dependency Tree setting under Dependency Configurations. Users may opt to disable this setting globally or at the project level, based on their specific needs.

When this setting is disabled SOOS will scan only top level (direct) dependencies which are declared in your manifest, SBOM, or Container. The following notification will display on the Project Details page as a reminder.

After either enabling or disabling this setting, a new scan will need to be run.
