Auditing Capabilities
SOOS includes two levels of built in auditing capabilities.
The Actions audit, located on the main left menu, contains a detailed timeline of user and system actions in the SOOS application. Most items can be expanded for additional details.
In addition to the Actions Audit, your own user based activity will appear under the Activity Log (located under your user profile menu). This is a great place to check on specific messages that may have appeared as you were interacting with the SOOS app, as well as other session based activity.
Your Activity Log is private, and will be cleared at the end of your session, or by clicking the Clear All button.
Many of the actions which are logged to your Activity Log, are also permanently recorded the the Action Audit.
