Why am I not Receiving a Multi-Factor Authentication Code Email?

When signing in to SOOS using the Email flow, you are required to use MFA email authentication.

In some cases, the emails containing the multi-factor authentication code end up in spam/junk folders.

If you do find it there, you can prevent future delays by adding [email protected] as a trusted sender. All SOOS verification emails will be sent by 'Microsoft on behalf of SOOS Apps'.

If you've looked and can't find the email, return to the SOOS app and click the button to request a new authentication code.
