Issue Management Configurations
Issue Management Configurations allow for the selection of an issue management tool to use when creating issues, as well as configurations for automatically creating and closing tickets in external issue management systems.
Set the default issue management tool to use when Creating Tickets & Pull Requests using the Default Action list (only systems which have been successfully integrated will be shown). SOOS supports ticket creating for a number of Issue Management Integrations, depending on the system you may also need to set an additional identifier, such as the GitHub Repository (where issues will be created) as seen in the example below.

Use these settings to simplify your workflow and ensure consistency between SOOS and your Issue Management System.
When issues are attested to in SOOS, close the ticket you have linked to within your issue management system.
When an issue is resolved in SOOS, close the ticket you have linked to within your issue management system.
Automatically create tickets within the configured issue management system for any of the SOOS Issue Types. Set the severity to Never to not create issues. Setting the severity to any other value will create issues at that severity and any higher severities.
For instance, setting the severity to High for Vulnerabilities will automatically create tickets for any Vulnerability Issues with High or Critical severities.
