Message: Cross Manifest Reference

SOOS scans are able to resolve Java and NuGet dependencies across manifests within the same project.

On the Dependencies tab in the dependency tree view, packages that are referenced by other manifests in the dependency tree will display an indicator. Clicking on the package will display the notification message, as well as the manifest referencing the selected package.
