Automatically create dependent project links when SBOMs with external document references (references to other SBOMs) are encountered and the referenced SBOM already exists in SOOS. 

This feature relates to SPDX SBOMs that use the ExternalReferences section.

In order to configure your SOOS application to utilize this feature, select Configure from the left navigation, then navigate to the Dependencies page.

When this configuration is enabled, SOOS will automatically create dependent project links using the SBOM external references as long as the projects exist.

If linking does not automatically occur, make sure scans are completed after the setting has been updated.
