In some cases, the emails containing the multi-factor authentication code end up in spam/junk folders. 

If you do find it there, you can prevent future delays by adding msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com as a trusted sender.  All SOOS verification emails will be sent by 'Microsoft on behalf of SOOS Apps'.

If you've looked and can't find the email, return to the SOOS app and click the available link to a new authentication code.
