Microsoft Teams Integration

SOOS supports an integration with Microsoft Teams as an alternative to email notifications. After integrating with Teams, further Notification Configurations may be required.

Prerequisites

  • Your organization has an existing Teams Account.
  • Your organization has a dedicated Teams Channel to which messages will be posted.
  • You have generated a Microsoft Teams webhook URL following these steps.

Integration Steps

After navigating to the Integrate page and External Connections tab, select the Teams tab and follow the link for instructions on creating a Teams Webhook. Once the Webhook is created, save the URL.
