If you receive a timeout message preventing a scan from completing, the most likely cause is connectivity issues. Hint - look for the following in your scan log:  ##[error]connect ETIMEDOUT

To troubleshoot, we recommend running the scan again and ensuring the machine performing the build scan maintains internet connectivity to app.soos.io.
