Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually) using the card or bank information provided. If an error occurs during the auto renew, the transaction will be repeated three (3) times in an attempt to complete a successful payment.
The user setup as the billing contact will be alerted via email if/when billing errors occur. Payment errors must be resolved within 24 hours to prevent a lapse in access to the SOOS app.

Logging into the app after a subscription has ended will allow the user to access the billing page to update payment information and re-activate the account.
