By default SOOS supports an email based notification system. Notification emails can be set globally or by project under Notification Configurations, which is where you can also configure rules around the type of Issues, severities and frequency at which you wish to receive notifications.
SOOS suggests configuring email distros in your email provider so that users can be added/removed as needed and individual user's email addresses are not tied to the notification configuration.
